About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our well‑established firm in Surrey. You will manage a diverse residential conveyancing portfolio, ensuring smooth transactions for freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Provide proactive client communication and timely case updates.
• Supervise and support junior staff, ensuring regulatory and risk compliance.
• Meet billing targets and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Maintain professional development and utilise case‑management and legal software effectively.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong background in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Excellent client‑care skills and confidence supervising junior staff.
• Reliable, team‑focused approach with a commitment to high‑quality work.
