Residential Sales Manager / Property Lister

About the role

Bairstow Eves, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join its Southend‑on‑Sea office. You will be responsible for acquiring new property listings and delivering a high standard of customer service to buyers and sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting and securing property instructions.
• Prepare and present property listings for market, ensuring accurate details and attractive presentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through face‑to‑face meetings and phone contact.
• Coordinate appointments for in‑house Mortgage Advisors to support client financing needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the branch’s revenue through uncapped commission.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency roles such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator.
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and standard internet/email tools.
