Residential Surveyor – Hybrid, Up to £65K OTE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a growing property and surveying business in the St Albans area. The role offers a supportive environment with professional development and the flexibility to work remotely alongside dedicated office days.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake Mortgage Valuations, Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys.
• Conduct private valuations and Homebuyer/Building Surveys in line with RICS standards.
• Carry out residential and commercial property inspections and provide professional advice to clients.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance and meet deadlines.
• Travel to properties and client locations as required.
• Develop building survey experience with training where needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Surveying or related discipline.
• AssocRICS or MRICS status, or actively working towards membership.
• VRS qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of property construction and defects.
• Proven experience in residential surveys and valuations.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
