Residential Surveyor – Level 2 Surveys, Remote

About the role
We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a growing team serving the Bath area. The role is remote‑friendly and offers the chance to work on Level 2 home surveys while progressing towards Level 3 qualifications.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys
- Undertake Red Book valuations
- Conduct Level 3 surveys (training provided)
- Produce clear, accurate, client‑focused reports
- Manage own workload and diary independently
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Maintain high professional and technical standards across all instructions
Required profile
- Minimum AssocRICS qualification
- Proven experience completing Level 2 surveys
- Strong understanding of residential property and valuation principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, self‑motivated and detail‑focused
- Full UK driving licence

- Basic salary £50,000 – £60,000 per year
- Bonus structure with on‑target earnings up to £70,000
