Residential Surveyor – Market Harborough

About the role

Connells Survey & Valuation is seeking a Residential Surveyor to join its Market Harborough team. You will carry out mortgage valuations and Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys, delivering clear reports that help lenders and homeowners make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential mortgage valuations and Level 2 & Level 3 surveys in line with RICS standards and Connells’ quality benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed valuation and survey reports for clients, lenders and internal teams.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, lenders and colleagues throughout each assignment.
• Manage your diary and workload independently, ensuring timely delivery of assignments.
• Uphold high standards of accuracy, professionalism and customer service.

Required profile

• RICS qualification (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS) – or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in mortgage valuations and residential surveys is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality survey and valuation work.
