Residential Surveyor – Remote, 2 days/week, up to £100k OTE

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a successful chartered surveying practice on a consultancy basis. The role offers remote, home‑based work with a minimum commitment of two days per week, covering a 25‑mile radius around your home.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
• Undertake mortgage valuations
• Produce accurate, professional reports using industry‑leading software
• Provide expert advice to clients in line with RICS standards
• Manage your own workload efficiently while maintaining high service levels
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and best practice

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification or higher
• Minimum two years post‑qualification surveying experience
• VRS registration
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
• Full UK driving licence
