Residential Surveyor – Remote / Flexible

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a well‑established, multi‑disciplinary property practice. The role offers the flexibility of remote working, with the option to work full‑time or part‑time, while supporting a balanced workload across residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 property surveys (training provided if required)
• Prepare Red Book valuations and bespoke building surveys
• Manage private and panel work assignments
• Coordinate appointments through the centralised hub
• Maintain client relationships to ensure timely delivery of survey reports

Required profile

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification or higher
• Registered Valuer status is essential
• Proven track record in residential surveying
• Strong attention to detail and accurate report writing
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage workload independently
• Full UK driving licence
