Residential Surveyor – Remote, Full‑/Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a multi‑disciplinary property practice that operates across residential and commercial sectors. The role offers flexible remote working, the choice of full‑time or part‑time hours, and a supportive environment that values quality and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys (training provided if required)
• Prepare Red Book valuations and bespoke building surveys
• Manage private and panel work assignments
• Coordinate appointments through a centralised hub
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely delivery of reports

Required profile

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification or higher, with Registered Valuer status
• Proven track record in residential surveying
• Strong attention to detail and accurate report writing
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills
• Full UK driving licence

What we offer

• Basic salary £45,000‑£60,000 per year
• 10% commission on personal net billings, up to £90,000 OTE
