Residential Surveyor – Remote, Full‑Time or Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join a respected surveying organisation serving the Liverpool area. The role offers remote working, flexible full‑time or part‑time options and a fixed geographical focus, allowing you to deliver high‑quality valuation and home surveys while maintaining work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys.
• Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 surveys across the assigned Liverpool area.
• Produce accurate, professional survey reports using market‑leading technology.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the surveying process.
• Manage workload effectively to maximise productivity and meet service standards.
• Attend regional meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant professional and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualified or higher, or qualified through SAVA (newly qualified are welcome).
• Experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports is preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential property and surveying principles.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused approach with a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and report‑writing capability.
• Full UK driving licence.
