Residential Surveyor – Remote (Liverpool)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a thriving independent practice serving the Liverpool area. The role offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to manage a balanced workload of valuations and surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential property valuations across your designated area.
• Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 surveys to a high professional standard.
• Produce accurate, detailed reports for clients and lenders.
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with RICS and industry regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and professional advice.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor.
• VRS registration.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iPad devices.
• Experience using surveying software.
• Comfort with mobile applications for field data capture.
