Residential Surveyor – Remote, £50-70k OTE

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a growing team serving the Canterbury area. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while delivering high‑quality surveying services to private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across your designated area.
• Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (training provided if required).
• Complete Red Book valuations for residential properties.
• Produce accurate, high‑quality reports using industry‑leading survey software.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the survey process.
• Manage your own workload while upholding professional standards.

Required profile

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification.
• Previous experience delivering Level 2 Home Surveys.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
