Residential Surveyor – Remote, Up to £100k OTE

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor to join a thriving chartered surveying practice on a consultancy basis. The role offers flexible remote working, a strong fee split and uncapped earning potential while covering a 25‑mile radius around your home.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys.
• Undertake mortgage valuations for lenders.
• Produce accurate, professional reports using industry‑leading reporting software.
• Provide expert advice to clients in line with RICS standards.
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and best practice.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification or higher.
• Minimum two years post‑qualification surveying experience.
• VRS registration.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Survey methodology.

• Report writing software.
