Residential Surveyor – Up to £70K OTE, Remote

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a growing surveying firm serving the Carlisle area. The role offers remote working, strong earning potential and clear career progression within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys across South London.
• Conduct RICS Level 3 Building Surveys (full training provided if required).
• Complete Red Book Valuations.
• Produce accurate, professional reports in line with RICS standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the inspection and reporting process.
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification.
• Experience carrying out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, organised and customer‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
