Resourcing Lead

About the role

The Resourcing Lead will oversee permanent, fixed‑term and temporary recruitment campaigns, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure an excellent recruitment service and candidate experience. The role also contributes to workforce planning, market mapping, talent attraction initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activity across multiple service areas.
• Provide expert recruitment advice and guidance to stakeholders.
• Develop innovative attraction and retention strategies.
• Support hard‑to‑fill and senior recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct market mapping and candidate engagement activities.
• Lead process improvements and promote recruitment best practice.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
• Support KPI delivery, including vacancy fill rates and time‑to‑hire.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruitment campaigns for permanent, fixed‑term and temporary roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement attraction and retention initiatives.
• Experience with market mapping and candidate engagement.
• Track record of improving recruitment processes and meeting KPI targets.
