Restaurant Leader – Fast‑Growing Chicken Restaurant

About the role

The Restaurant Leader drives strategic direction, operational standards, and financial performance for a Raising Cane’s location in Kingston Upon Thames. You will lead a crew, develop talent, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the restaurant’s strategic plan to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and health‑safety standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop management‑level crew members.
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and handling cash.
• Monitor profit‑and‑loss statements and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s culture, policies, and performance metrics.
• Deploy crew during shifts, provide exemplary customer service, and manage rewards and recognition.
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval, such as discounts and time‑clock overrides.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and proper equipment operation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading restaurant operations and managing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to forecast, budget, and analyze P&L.
• Knowledge of compliance, health‑safety, and food‑service regulations.
• Ability to hire, train, and develop crew members, including performance management.
• Hands‑on approach to opening, closing, and cash handling.
