Restaurant Team Member – Full‑time

About the role

Join Tim Hortons as a Restaurant Team Member in Milton Keynes. In this full‑time, permanent role you will help deliver fast, friendly service and create exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with a smile and genuine friendliness.
• Deliver fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers.
• Resolve simple customer enquiries and refer complex issues to a manager.
• Prepare and store food, maintaining preparation areas according to Health & Safety and audit standards.
• Carry out temperature checks and record them as required.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules following the cleaning chart.
• Follow critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Adhere to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and follow shift manager directions.
• Maintain awareness of restaurant goals and targets to contribute to their achievement.
• Maintain operational and kitchen areas, restocking workstations to exceed customer expectations.
• Report all work‑related near misses and injuries.

Required profile

• Positive team player with previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer.
• Flexible availability to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Passion for delivering fantastic customer service and a genuine interest in coffee.
