Retail Marketing Manager

About the role

The In‑Store Marketing Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to grow a strong local customer network for the boutique. You will design and execute targeted activities, events and campaigns that attract new clients, deepen relationships with existing shoppers and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor boutique performance, conduct ad‑hoc retail analysis and produce regular reports to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets and set targets for specific retail initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall store KPIs.
• Assess, develop and promote new methodologies and tools, maintaining an omnichannel approach.
• Liaise with the Europe Retail Operations team to meet project deadlines.
• Develop client‑eling animations and lead all marketing activities (CRM, events, digital) in line with corporate and regional guidelines.
• Coach store teams on CRM usage and client‑eling best practices.
• Build and maintain a network of partners, contacts and suppliers to achieve high‑standard results.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, preferably within an international or luxury fashion environment.
• MBA or degree in luxury management, marketing, business or related fields.
• Strong understanding of retail traffic drivers and analytics.
• Proven ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, proactive attitude and strong project‑management skills.
• Passion for luxury fashion trends and high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
