About the role

Join Currys in Crewe as a Sales Colleague, working part‑time (15‑30 hours per week) in a dynamic technology retail environment. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to help customers discover how technology can improve their lives.

Key responsibilities

• Ask the right questions to match customers with the most suitable products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable and supportive.
• Offer additional services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
• Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance.
• Work across different departments and product ranges as needed.
• Support store operations by completing various operational tasks.

• Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
