About the role

Join VPZ at its Stirchley store as a Retail Sales Specialist. You will work 20 hours per week in a fast‑growing vaping retail environment, earning £12.71 per hour plus commission. The role offers expert training, staff discounts and clear pathways for career progression.

Key responsibilities

Provide excellent customer care and advice on vaping products.
Drive retail sales and meet commission targets.
Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular inventory checks.
Increase customer retention through consistently high service standards.
Support the store manager and team with day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

Previous retail sales experience in a customer‑facing environment.
Flexibility to work additional hours or overtime as business needs dictate.
Legal right to work beyond a fixed 20‑hour week.
