About the role
Join VPZ Gorgie's bustling store in Gorgie as a Retail Sales Specialist. You will work part‑time (20 hours per week) in the UK’s leading vape retail chain, delivering expert advice to customers and helping grow the business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer care and product advice to shoppers.
- Drive retail sales and meet commission targets.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and organise merchandise.
- Increase customer retention through high‑quality service.
- Support the store manager and assist the wider team with daily operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing retail environment.
- Flexibility to work additional hours or overtime as needed.
- Legal right to work beyond the contracted 20 hours per week.
