About the role
We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Retail Stock Room Assistant to join our new Neal Street store in Covent Garden. The role is full‑time and focuses on keeping stock flowing smoothly to support the front‑of‑house team and deliver a top‑tier customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all stockroom operations, including deliveries, storage, inventory counts and organisation.
- Ensure stock procedures are followed at all times.
- Support the sales floor by quickly moving product during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean, efficient and compliant back‑of‑house environment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and transfers as needed.
- Prepare stock for promotional periods and product launches.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a stockroom, logistics or warehouse‑based retail role.
- Extremely organised with strong time‑management skills.
- Physically able to move boxes and product regularly throughout the day.
- Proactive problem‑solver with great attention to detail.
- Team player who understands the vital role of stock in retail success.
