About the role
Join JD Group as a Store Colleague and be the face of our sports‑fashion and outdoor brand on the shop floor. You will greet customers, keep the store looking sharp, and help ensure stock is always available, contributing to a vibrant and energetic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Maintain tidy and attractive visual displays throughout the store.
- Replenish stock on the floor and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support the team in meeting sales targets and delivering excellent service.
- Handle transactions and follow cash‑handling procedures.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
