Retail Supervisor

About the role

Join Toolstation in Redditch as a Retail Supervisor, working 30 hours per week across a store that operates from 7 am to 8 pm. You will be the face of the store, delivering excellent customer service while supporting the Store Manager and developing your retail leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager, stand in during their absence, motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets.
• Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness and prepare orders.
• Provide a friendly, efficient customer experience and ensure customers leave with everything they need.
• Maintain high product availability, branch standards and foster a fun, collaborative working environment.

• Enjoy teamwork, willing to get hands‑on and flexible with working hours.
• Ready to bring your whole self to work and engage with customers.

Required skills

• Customer service focus.
• Basic retail or stock handling abilities (training provided).
