Retail Supervisor – Part‑time (Eastleigh)

About the role

Join Savers as a part‑time Retail Supervisor in Eastleigh, working around 12 hours per week with flexible shift options. You will support the Store and Assistant Manager in delivering excellent customer service and driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and develop a small team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising and stock levels.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Engage with the local community and represent the Savers brand positively.
• Provide on‑the‑spot problem solving and support during busy periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Enthusiastic about developing personal and team skills.
• Passionate about the products sold and putting people first.
