Retail Supervisor (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Savers as a part‑time Supervisor and help drive the store’s success. You’ll work flexible shifts and support the team in delivering excellent customer service and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach the store team alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the store meets visual and operational standards.
• Engage with the local community, representing Savers and building strong relationships.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Enthusiastic about developing your own skills and helping others improve.
• Passionate about the products sold and keeping people at the heart of everything you do.
