About the role

The Medlock, a new 401‑key hotel at Etihad Campus, is seeking enthusiastic Room Attendants to create welcoming, impeccably presented guest rooms. You will be part of a vibrant hospitality team that supports guests, teams, partners and fans throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily and deep cleaning of guest rooms to a consistently high standard, ensuring beds are crisp and all finishing touches are perfect.
• Prepare rooms for arriving guests and refresh occupied rooms during stays, maintaining freshness and comfort.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping colleagues and other hotel departments, stepping in where needed to support smooth operations.
• Follow all safety, hygiene and environmental standards, using cleaning equipment and materials responsibly.
• Adapt to varying shift patterns and respond quickly to unexpected tasks, keeping the guest experience seamless.
