Russian Speaking Inside Sales Executive (Maternity Cover)

About the role

A multinational IT company developing, manufacturing and selling IT products worldwide is looking for a Russian-speaking Inside Sales Executive to cover maternity leave at its Feltham site, within commuting distance of London. The position is on a fixed-term contract, with hybrid working after training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer accounts by handling sales activities and supporting business development, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories
• Quote and negotiate pricing and process customer orders efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain regular contact with customers to secure orders and provide support
• Support Business Development Managers in growing existing accounts
• Monitor and manage inventory levels based on forecasts and customer demand
• Handle returns and resolve customer issues

Required profile

• Fluent Russian, written and spoken, is essential
• Previous experience in sales or account management
• Lives within commuting distance of the office
