SaaS Sales Executive

About the role

You will work with hotel owners across Europe and the UK, building awareness of SiteMinder’s platform and delivering solutions that boost their revenue and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new client opportunities and upsell existing customers to drive revenue growth.
• Achieve sales KPIs and close deals in a timely manner, including identifying upgrade opportunities within the existing client base.
• Prepare accurate quotes, present proposals, and negotiate contracts while balancing client value and SiteMinder’s profit margins.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of business development activities in the CRM system and ensure smooth hand‑over to implementation.
• Collect and relay client feedback to the Product Team to inform future enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of SaaS sales experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Confident phone presence and ability to lead meetings with prospects.
• Strong verbal communication skills, both written and over the phone.
• Self‑motivation, resilience and a growth mindset open to feedback and coaching.
