Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone, face‑to‑face, and home‑visit appointments, typically 15 minutes each.
• Understand the local patient population to provide tailored, evidence‑based care.
• Deliver both planned and urgent primary care services as needed.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document patient interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team to manage long‑term and complex health conditions.

Required profile

• Registered with the GMC and listed on the GP Specialty Register.
• On the NHS Performers List with post‑CCT experience in primary or urgent care.
• Demonstrated passion for patient care and a proactive approach to clinical and operational duties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
