Sales Advisor – Development Sales Manager (North West)

About the role

We are looking for a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our North‑West region and take responsibility for the development sales function, acting as the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control the development sales function from pre‑start to post‑completion.
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house‑buying process.
• Take responsibility for the development’s presentation, ensuring a strong sales message and high standards.

Required profile

• Experience of high‑performance in a sales role.
• A presentable, customer‑facing professional with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and experience analysing/reporting issues that could affect the development.
• Ability to rapidly assess situations and offer solutions that maximise results.
