Sales Advisor (Development Sales Manager) – Rugby

About the role

Miller Homes is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join its South Midlands team at the Houlton development in Rugby. You will own the development sales function, act as the primary contact for potential and existing customers, and drive home sales while managing the customer journey to meet company standards and targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control the development sales function from pre‑start to post‑completion.
• Meet prospective customers and remain the primary point of contact throughout their journey.
• Oversee customer requirements and expectations throughout the house‑buying process.
• Ensure the development’s presentation conveys a strong sales message and high standards.

Required profile

• Proven high‑performance experience in a sales role.
• Presentable, customer‑facing professional with a track record of exceptional service.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to analyse/report issues affecting the development.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and deliver effective solutions.
