Sales Advisor – Inbound Calls (Newcastle)

About the role

Join a lively sales team at EE’s North Tyneside/Gosforth contact centre. You will handle inbound calls from existing EE customers, helping them choose the best phone and broadband deals and guiding them through our tech product range.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Match customers with the most suitable phone, broadband or tech solutions.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Resolve queries, upsell where appropriate, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable talking to people.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Competitive mindset and enjoyment of meeting targets.
