Sales Agent – Inbound Travel Insurance

About the role

Start your sales career with an award‑winning travel insurance specialist. As a Sales Agent you will support customers in purchasing travel insurance, including those with pre‑existing medical conditions, helping them travel with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries and guide customers through policy options, cover levels, exclusions and pricing.
• Ask relevant questions to understand travel plans and medical history, and process renewals and policy updates.
• Work towards sales and performance targets such as conversion rates, quality standards, AHT and Gross Written Premium.
• Develop strong product knowledge and stay compliant with FCA regulations and company policies.
• Participate in coaching, call reviews and training to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Sales‑mindset with motivation to achieve targets.
• Experience in a busy customer‑focused or contact‑centre environment (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss sensitive medical information professionally.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems while handling calls efficiently.
• Team player who contributes to collective success and solves problems proactively.

• Competitive starting salary £25,500 plus a guaranteed £210 monthly training bonus for the first 6 months.
