Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth marketing strategy in Exeter. You will own demand‑generation programmes, work closely with senior leadership and sales teams, and drive measurable revenue impact through data‑led campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns targeting key markets and accounts.
• Create audience segmentation, messaging, and customer journeys, and design lead‑nurturing programmes.
• Build lead‑scoring models and use customer behaviour data to prioritise high‑quality opportunities.
• Implement and manage automated email and nurture campaigns, ensuring compliance and brand alignment.
• Identify and apply AI‑powered tools to improve campaign performance and personalisation.
• Monitor performance metrics (lead generation, conversion, pipeline contribution) and produce regular reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, account‑based marketing, and external agencies to align activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation or lifecycle marketing.
• Track record of delivering campaigns that generate qualified leads and commercial results.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to analyse data, extract insights and optimise campaigns continuously.
