About the role

As a Sales Assistant in our Cambridge store, you will help customers feel at welcome and guide them to the perfect bed. Acting as a friendly bed expert, you will turn casual browsing into a confident purchase, ensuring every visitor leaves better rested.

Key responsibilities

• Greet each customer warmly, listen to their sleep needs, and ask probing questions to understand their preferences.
• Utilise the Sleepmatch technology together with deep product knowledge to recommend the most suitable mattress and bedding solutions.
• Provide friendly, expert advice throughout the visit, building trust and confidence in the product.
• Maintain the store’s appearance by keeping displays tidy, restocking items, and ensuring a clean, inviting environment.
