About the role

Join Superdrug as a Sales Assistant and become the friendly face of our health‑and‑beauty store in Darlington. You’ll work flexible part‑time hours, helping customers discover great products while developing retail skills for future progression.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, promoting Star Buys and product offers.
• Maintain store presentation, ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy.
• Support the achievement of daily and weekly sales targets.
• Operate the checkout and handle transactions accurately.
• Participate in store merchandising and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Positive mindset with clear communication skills.
• Passion for health, beauty and delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexible availability for weekdays and weekends, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new retail competencies.

Required skills

• Willingness to be trained in piercing services (training provided).
