Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at the Swindon Designer Outlet store. Working 8 hours per week with overtime potential, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and meet sales/KPI targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and promote current ranges and promotions.
• Perform stock duties including accuracy checks, replenishment and processing deliveries.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping are consistently high.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and support team collaboration.

Required profile

• Previous retail or hospitality experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• High enthusiasm, drive and motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively within a team.
• Quick rapport‑building skills with customers.
