About the role
Help customers feel at home and find the perfect bed. As a friendly bed expert you turn casual browsing into a discovery of the ideal mattress, ensuring a great shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable mattresses using Sleepmatch technology.
- Provide friendly, expert advice and build trust throughout each visit.
- Maintain a tidy, inviting store environment.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s performance.
Required profile
- Warm, positive and naturally great with people.
- Confident listener and communicator.
- Motivated to learn, grow and achieve targets.
- Supportive team player who helps make work fun and inclusive.
- Available to work 20 hours per week with flexible shift availability across a 7‑day trading week.
