Sales Consultant – Capital Funding (Existing Business)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Existing Business team and help merchants secure capital funding for growth initiatives. The role focuses on engaging existing Epos Now customers, guiding them through funding applications, and promoting complementary payment and banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to eligible customers and re‑engage previous funding clients.
• Respond to inbound enquiries generated by marketing campaigns and back‑office promotions.
• Support customers throughout the funding application process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Manage a pipeline from initial contact to successful funding outcome and meet individual sales targets.
• Identify and promote Instant Settlement and Epos Now Banking solutions where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Upsell Team to drive adoption of Epos Now Payments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and capture detailed activity notes.
• Provide feedback to product, marketing and sales teams to improve offers and journeys.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales, account management or customer‑facing commercial role.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume outbound sales environment and meeting targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities, especially over the phone.
• Ability to explain financing products and identify opportunities through conversation.
