Sales Consultant – Legal Services (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join Co‑op Legal Services’ estate‑planning team. Working remotely across England and Wales, you will help clients understand and access later‑life legal advice without jargon.

Key responsibilities

• Attend video or phone appointments to discuss the benefits of later‑life legal services.
• Identify client needs and provide clear, jargon‑free information and solutions.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to commercial success.
• Travel occasionally for face‑to‑face client or company meetings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B or B2C consultative sales and customer support.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Strong confidence, empathy and active listening skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style across telephone, video and face‑to‑face.
• Advanced literacy and numeracy with a focus on achieving targets.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £26,500‑£30,000 per year, OTE up to £42,000.
• Flexible working hours (37.5 h/week, 9 am‑9 pm, with evenings and occasional Saturdays).
