Sales Consultant – Ski & Cycling Holidays

About the role

Join a dynamic travel sales team in modern offices in East Sussex, providing expert advice on ski and cycling holidays. You will use your passion for travel to guide customers through the booking process and deliver outstanding service before and after their trips.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and email to understand their holiday requirements.
• Build and sell tailored ski and cycling holiday packages, meeting sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ski resorts and cycling destinations.
• Provide high‑quality customer service throughout the booking journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and product information.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with strong telephone and written skills.
• Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in travel.
• Well‑organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Team‑player with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Passion for skiing, snowboarding or cycling and a genuine interest in travel.

What we offer

• Salary between £26,500 and £32,000 per year, plus performance‑related bonus.

• Standard office hours Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30, with occasional weekend shifts during peak periods.
