Sales Development Representative – AI (Europe & Israel)

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (AI) will focus on the Europe and Israel markets, working closely with Marketing, Solution and User Growth teams to generate high‑quality sales leads for BytePlus AI products. You will identify market opportunities, qualify prospects, and hand over qualified leads to Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and fuel the sales pipeline.
• Conduct high‑level conversations with business owners in target accounts.
• Perform outbound telesales, making cold calls to pitch AI solutions.
• Grade and distribute leads to sales representatives in a timely manner.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for meetings generated and qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, AEs and Alliances to develop targeted strategies and messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology‑related business development, SDR, inside sales or lead generation.
• Comfortable with cold calling and delivering professional sales pitches.
• Metrics‑driven, goal‑oriented and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Passion for AI, SaaS, PaaS or IaaS is a plus.
