About the role

Join a high‑energy sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This entry‑level position is your launchpad into a rewarding sales career, where personality and effort drive success.

Key responsibilities

Contact new prospects via calls, emails and outreach campaigns
Build relationships and ask insightful questions to understand needs
Qualify leads, identify opportunities and book meetings
Pass qualified opportunities to senior sales colleagues
Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM system
Continuously learn sales techniques and product knowledge

Required profile

High energy, ambition and a desire to prove yourself
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivation to start a career in sales and achieve targets
Ability to work independently and stay organised

What we offer

Base salary £24,000 per year plus commission (OTE £40,000 in Year 1)
