Sales Executive – Lithuanian, Latvian, Ukrainian or Russian

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive who is fluent in Lithuanian, Latvian, Ukrainian or Russian to join our client’s EMEA sales team. Based in Peterborough, this hybrid role combines office‑based work three days a week with two days of remote activity, supporting lead generation, qualification and customer win‑back across key European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads across the EMEA region.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to prospects, existing customers and dormant accounts.
• Use CRM and LinkedIn to track interactions, update pipelines and document customer insights.
• Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities and pass strong leads to the appropriate sales team member.
• Run structured win‑back campaigns to reactivate lapsed customers.

Required profile

• Fluent speaking and writing in Lithuanian, Latvian, Ukrainian or Russian.
• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, call‑centre or similar high‑volume sales environments.
• Resilient, thick‑skinned and comfortable handling rejection.
• Ability to work independently, stay organised and meet targets.
