Join a high‑energy sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This entry‑level position is your launchpad into a rewarding sales career, where personality and effort drive success.
Key responsibilities
- Contact new prospects via calls, emails and outreach campaigns
- Build relationships and ask insightful questions to understand needs
- Qualify leads, identify opportunities and book meetings
- Pass qualified opportunities to senior sales colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM system
- Continuously learn sales techniques and product knowledge
Required profile
- High energy, ambition and a desire to prove yourself
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation to start a career in sales and achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and stay organised
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary £24,000 per year plus commission (OTE £40,000 in Year 1)
