Sales Development Representative (French) – UK

About the role

Redis is looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our Field Outbound SDR team. You will prospect into predefined named accounts and follow up on inbound leads, creating a pipeline of high‑quality Sales Qualified Opportunities for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target predefined named accounts.
• Develop, nurture, and close leads through the sales process.
• Strategize outreach, track activity, and maintain data in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Alliances teams.
• Establish champions and advocates via phone, web‑conference, and social channels.
• Generate quality SQLs using tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Drift, and 6sense.
• Support marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Execute outbound prospecting (email, phone, social, video) to our ICP.
• Meet weekly SDR KPIs and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

Required profile

• Tech‑enthusiast passionate about solving organisational problems with SaaS.
• Enjoys the scrappy environment of a startup with the stability of an established company.
• Demonstrates curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation and initiative.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and telling compelling stories.
• Previous social‑selling experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
