Sales Development Representative (London)

About the role

Snowflake is powering the era of the agentic enterprise and seeks AI‑native thinkers who treat AI as a high‑trust collaborator. As a Sales Development Representative you will help redefine how work gets done while building a strong pipeline for Snowflake’s largest EMEA accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build revenue pipeline by setting and leading discovery calls and qualifying use cases with target personas.
• Perform account research and build strong points of view to increase Snowflake’s footprint in our largest EMEA accounts.
• Execute pipeline strategy focused on target accounts and personas using a multi‑channel approach.
• Collaborate closely with Global Account Managers, Solution Engineers and Marketing to drive business outcomes.
• Take initiative in a fast‑paced environment, test new approaches and share successes with the team.
• Attend sales meetings, trainings, and local trade shows to stay current with technology and the ecosystem.

Required profile

• University degree from an accredited institution.
• Passion for technology and software sales with 1‑2 years of customer‑facing experience.
• 1‑2 years experience working with large strategic accounts (preferred).
• Ability to develop strong, long‑lasting internal and external relationships.
• Effective time management, independence and self‑motivation.
• Thrives in rapid‑change environments, adopts the customer perspective and adapts to new situations.
• Resourceful, results‑driven operating style.
• Collaborative and coachable mindset, eager to improve through feedback.
• Strong in‑person, phone, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and shift efforts based on departmental or business goals.
