Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing UK‑based IT infrastructure and security specialist. Working remotely, you will act as the engine of the sales pipeline, reaching out to decision‑makers across education, manufacturing, hospitality and housing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach, maintaining at least 100 cold calls per day.
• Identify, qualify and nurture leads for networking, firewall and managed service solutions.
• Secure introductory and discovery meetings for senior sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and report on pipeline health.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in cold calling and objection handling.
• Native or near‑native fluency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work strictly within GMT (9 AM‑5 PM UK time).
• Self‑starter with a confident phone presence and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience selling SaaS, IT infrastructure or technical professional services.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
• General understanding of networking and security products such as firewalls, switching and wireless.
• Knowledge of NaaS, SASE, MFA and network audit solutions.
