About the role
Join Scrap Car Comparison as a Sales Executive where you will work exclusively with inbound web enquiries and hot leads – no cold calling required. You will help customers sell their vehicles, negotiate with our buyer network, and earn commission from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound customer web enquiries.
- Call hot leads to discuss their vehicles and propose tailored solutions.
- Use the company’s buyer network to negotiate and close vehicle sales.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and desk, maintaining control over your workload.
- Earn commission on every vehicle booked, contributing to your OTE.
Required profile
- Customer‑service oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and occasional weekend days.
- Motivated to achieve targets in a high‑performing, supportive environment.

What we offer
- Base salary of £26,030 plus uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £35k–£50k, Year 2 OTE £50k+).
- Rotating shift pattern with occasional weekend work and a half‑day Friday after each weekend.
