Sales Interior Designer

About the role

As a Sales Interior Designer you will blend creativity with commercial acumen to deliver bespoke interior solutions that meet client needs while driving revenue. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding customers through the design journey from concept to purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their design preferences and functional requirements.
• Create tailored interior design concepts that align with client expectations.
• Provide expert advice on product options, customisation possibilities, and material selections.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and visual presentations.
• Follow up on leads, maintain communication throughout the sales cycle, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by building strong client relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and market developments.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or customer‑focused roles, preferably within retail or design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a creative problem‑solving mindset.
• Confidence presenting ideas and designs to clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Genuine interest in interior design and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from £36,000 to £39,600 per year.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) of £80,000+ with an uncapped commission structure.
• Opportunities to work on bespoke design projects within a dynamic retail environment.
• Full‑time permanent position based in South East England.
